Gunshots in Kampala as FDC’s President Kizza Besigye is Detained for the Fourth Time in Just a Week

FDC presidential candidate, Kizza Besigye, FDC president Mugisha Muntu, Secretary for mobilisation, Ingrid Turinawe, and chairman, Amb Wasswa Birigwa, have been arrested.
