Uganda: Pastor Arrested for Conducting Prayers with FDC

Pastor Sandra Ngabo, the wife to the FDC’s Pastor Happy David Ngabo who was arrested earlier today at the Forum for Democratic Change [FDC] offices has warned Police and the Ugandan government in general that they will not win the spiritual war it has started against Opposition members and supporters.

However, Pastor Sandra Ngabo, "You Cannot Defeat God" and this will not take you anywhere. She tells the Ugandan Gov’t.

“It’s well; God revealed it to us before hand and all is in plan so we are strong,” she lamented. God is mighty to save; (Deuteronomy 29:29) whatsoever is revealed to us God has empowered us to face and overcome it,” she said.

Pr Ngabo was arrested as he was heading to conduct the every Tuesday defiance prayers at FDC headquarters in Najjanankumbi-Kampala.

The pastor and other FDC officials are now in police custody. The pastor had previously warned the government that he will continue with his plans of praying for the country and bad governance at large.

He also informed the public that he doesn’t do his work of praying for FDC only but for the whole country as it’s directed by God and that, no one will stop him from praying for the nation. He said this last week/month.
