Baylee Curran has spoken out after allegedly being attacked by Chris Brown, describing the events that saw the singer reportedly point a gun at her in his home.
Chris Brown was arrested by Los Angeles police on Tuesday (August 30) - more than 11 hours after barricading himself inside his home - for suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, although Brown has denied the claims.
In a video released on Twitter, Baylee says: "Do you all honestly think I want this and think I caused this? If someone put a gun to your head, what would you do - call the police?"
Baylee apparently rushed outside to call 911 for emergency help after Brown pointed a gun at her during a dispute over jewellery, and police surrounded the singer’s Tarzana, CA home early on Tuesday.
Kim Kardashian West’s ex-boyfriend Ray J was inside the house when police arrived, although he quickly exited and was allowed to leave.
Baylee also spoke in an interview with TMZ, saying everything was "fine" in the house, until she admired diamond watches and Brown reportedly pulled out a gun.
Baylee and "four others" were allegedly kicked out from the house, after the singer said "get the f**k out" and pointed the weapon at them.
Baylee also claimed that she was walked out of the house by a friend of Brown’s, and was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement in exchange for getting her phone back from them.
"I said, ’I’m not signing anything’, and I literally took my phone from him and made a run for it," Baylee added.
Brown’s lawyer has tweeted that his client was later freed from police custody, and called the accusations "demonstrably false".
