Disney Child Star Joey Cramer Arrested in Canadian Bank Robbery

Cops nabbed former Disney child star Joey Cramer in suspicion of holding up a Canadian bank on Thursday.

Joey Cramer starred as a 12-year-old boy abducted by aliens in the Disney flick "Flight of the Navigator."

Investigators recognized the wig-wearing bank robber in surveillance footage as the “Flight of the Navigator” actor due to a string of encounters with law enforcement in British Columbia, according to the Coast Reporter newspaper.

For his most recent run-in with the law, the 42-year-old donned a wig and demanded an undisclosed amount of cash from a Sechelt bank 30 miles northwest of Vancouver.

He fled the bank on foot and was captured on Sunday following a police chase. Cramer also faces failing to stop for a peace officer and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, the paper reported.

Former child star Joey Cramer, pictured in a 2011 booking photo, was arrested on Sunday in suspicion of robbing a bank.

Cramer, whose real name is Deleriyes Joe Cramer, is most well-known for portraying a 12-year-old boy abducted by aliens in the 1986, which also starred Paul Reubens, Veronica Cartwright and Sarah Jessica Parker.

His credits also include “The Clan of the Cave Bear,” “Runaway” and two episodes of “Murder, She Wrote.”

His acting career spanned only three years ending in 1987 with the TV movie “Stone Fox.”

Cramer made headlines for criminal activity in 2011 when authorities accused the former actor of cashing fake checks throughout the province.
