Rwanda in 118 place as per the latest FIFA ranking

Kenya and Uganda have remained unmoved at positions 78th and 72nd respectively in the latest FIFA ranking released on Thursday.

Also static are Ethiopia (124), Tanzania (135) and Burundi (141).

South Sudan are the biggest regional gainers – climbing eight places to 146.

Unlike the other teams which were inactive in the month of April, the Bright Stars beat Somalia 4-1 aggregate to reach the second round of CHAN 2018 qualifiers.

Egypt (19) maintain the top spot in Africa followed by Senegal (30), Cameroon (33), Burkina Faso (35) and Nigeria (40).

Brazil is the best team in the world followed by Argentina, Germany, Chile and Colombia.

The next ranking will be released on 1st June 2017.
